At Paw Lucky, your satisfaction is important to us.

RETURNS We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, item must be unused and in original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Opened consumables (unless defective) and final sale items cannot be returned.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will make it right.

REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time: 5–10 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. We may provide prepaid labels in certain cases.

ORDER ISSUES If your order is lost or delayed, we will work with our fulfillment partners (including Amazon FBA) to resolve it.
